On Monday, February, 10, 2014,
R. J. Palacio, author of Wonder, will
come visit us in Round Rock! She will present to students, staff, and
community members at two different times.
The first presentation will take place at the Round Rock Indoor Sports Center from 11:45 am - 12:45 pm. DFT will be able to send 45 students to see her speak for this presentation, and transportation for the attendees will be arranged. These students will be selected by lottery composed of children who have read the book. This is available to students in the 3rd-5th grades.

The second presentation will take place at the Round Rock High School Cafeteria from 5:30 - 6:30 PM. This presentation is open to the public and will be filled on a first come, first served basis. There is no cost for this presentation, but participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from the event.
